Making homemade almond milk has been on my to do list for quite some time! I'm not quite sure why I thought it would be more complicated which is why I did not give this a try before. Today I'm sharing just how easy it is to make your own and you won't believe it! Read below to find out how to make it with just two ingreditens.
Soak almonds overnight
Put almonds into blender
Add 4 cups of water and blend on high for 3 mins or until well blended
Strain through nut bag or cheesecloth (my kids don't like the almond pulp so I do this twice)
Store in air tight container in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
Optional: dehydrate almond skins to make your own almond meal
