What To Do:
In medium sized mixing bowl combine flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder and salt and mix / knead until combined.
Flour cutting board and divide dough into 7-8 pieces.
Roll out and form dough into bagel shape.
Beat egg for egg wash and brush on top of each bagel.
Set air fryer to 375f for 10 mins.
Sprinkle everything seasoning onto bagels top of each bagel if desired.
Bake until golden (you may need to add a few minutes as different air fryers cook differently)
Remove bagels from air fryer and let rest for 10 mins.
Slice and enjoy!
If you like it more firm in the middle, slice and toast before serving.
Store in airtight container in fridge to eat within 2-3 days.
